When you contact Shalala Design Studio, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, project location and the information you provide about your project. We also receive information you choose to send by email or during later conversations.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, understand your project, prepare for conversations and administer a potential or current engagement. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing and we do not sell personal information.

The enquiry form uses Resend to deliver messages to our Microsoft 365 mailbox. Our website hosting, email and form-delivery providers may process information on our behalf and may store or process it outside Australia. We only use these services where they are needed to operate the website and respond to enquiries.

With your permission, the public SDS website uses Google Analytics cookies to understand visits, popular pages, approximate location, device type, traffic sources and interactions such as project views, contact-link clicks and successful enquiry submissions. This information is reported in aggregate and is used to improve the website. Analytics does not load if you decline, and you can reopen Cookie settings from the footer at any time.

The separate, password-protected employment portfolio is excluded from analytics. It uses only an essential access cookie so authorised visitors can remain signed in.

We retain enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for communication, project administration and business or legal record-keeping. Information may be disclosed to service providers acting on our behalf or where disclosure is required by law.
